Role & responsibilities
- Schedule calculation
- Follow-up for 3R ( Right quality , Right Quantity, Right Time)
- Tracking of vehicles in transit
- Monitoring Schedule vs Supply .
- Supplier relationship management.
- Capacity and Volume tracking- Gap analysis
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance
Evaluation of suppliers
- Continuous get in touch with transport fleet to ensure availability of material for production
- Regular tracking of material with store dept. to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Visit supplier facility to ensure required material is available for smooth functioning of production
