Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SCM (Supply Chain Management) Executive to support our Railway Infrastructure Projects in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and material planning for railway or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement activities for railway project materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and follow up on deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics for timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
• Track material consumption and prepare procurement and inventory reports.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
• Resolve supply chain issues and ensure uninterrupted project execution.
• Maintain proper documentation of procurement, invoices, GRNs, and vendor records.
• Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Civil, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management for Railway, Infrastructure, or EPC Projects.
