Role & responsibilities

* Perform laboratory testing and sample processing as per SOPs.

Ensure quality control and accurate test results.

*Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.

*Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and timely reporting.

*Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and compliance standards.

*Follow safety protocols and biomedical waste management guidelines.

*Coordinate with pathologists, clinicians, and laboratory teams.

*Ensure adherence to quality standards such as NABL requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) is mandatory.
• Should be willing to work on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC).
