Job Description:

Vedantu is inviting passionate educators to join our One-to-One (OTO) teaching team as Freelance/Part-time Teachers. You will deliver personalized online classes to students from different boards and grades, ensuring conceptual clarity and academic growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 personalized live online sessions via Vedantu's platform.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to student needs.
• Maintain regular communication and feedback with students.
• Create a supportive and interactive learning environment
• Adapt teaching methods to meet student learning styles and academic goals.
• Participate in training sessions, practice demos, and feedback reviews.
• Maintain records of sessions and track student progress.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Ed preferred)
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience (online or offline) is preferred but not mandatory
• Good subject knowledge and excellent communication skills in English/Hindi.
• Comfortable with technology and online teaching tools
• Own a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection and good-quality camera/audio.
• Willingness to teach students from various boards and grades.
