Key attributes:

Ability to conduct both live and recorded classes for Classes 8-10 or 11-12, based on subject expertise

Preferably below 30 years of age, energetic, adaptive, and confident on camera

Candidates from diverse regional, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds (UP, Bihar, Punjab, MP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, etc) are encouraged to apply

Strong academic command over NCERT syllabus and awareness of State Board variations (especially UP, Bihar, MP and Rajasthan)

Ability to develop and create impactful learning material

Pedagogical style marked by storytelling, humor, motivation, and academic discipline

Digitally proficient with tools such as Zoom, PowerPoint, and learning management platforms

Professional, punctual, and open to feedback and teamwork

Qualification & Eligibility

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in the relevant subject

Teaching Experience: 1-5 years of teaching experience (offline or online)
