Urgent opening with a reputed diversified business group hiring for the position of Commercial Head Mumbai.
Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or General Management
Preferred)
Experience: 15-20 Years in Decorative Paint Industry (Commercial Operations, Warehouse Management, or Depot Management)
Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for Drive commercial excellence, operational efficiency, cost optimization, service quality, and digital transformation across depot operations. Lead regional depot teams to ensure product availability, optimized inventory, efficient infrastructure, superior customer service, compliance, and productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead PAN India Depot & Warehouse Operations, ensuring operational excellence and commercial efficiency.
- Drive MIS Reporting, KPI monitoring, dashboards, and performance reviews for informed decision-making.
- Manage Product Costing, depot budgets, cost optimization, and profitability initiatives.
- Standardized Depot Operations, Warehouse Management, inventory control, material handling, and dispatch planning.
- Ensure timely product availability, accurate dispatches, and superior customer service.
- Optimize warehouse capacity, depot infrastructure, and asset utilization.
- Drive digital transformation, process automation, and reporting improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Regional Operations.
- Develop and mentor regional commercial and depot teams to enhance productivity.
- Ensure statutory compliance, inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and governance across depot operations.
