REQUIREMENT SUMMARY

The Saviynt Support Specialist at our consulting firm plays a crucial role in managing and supporting the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. Located in Bangalore or Hyderabad, this position is

classified as Level 4, requiring 6 to 9 years of experience.

Description

- 6 to 9 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, with a focus on identity governance systems.

- Proven expertise in Saviynt IGA platform, including configuration and support.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

- Experience with JSON/XML for workflow management and system enhancements.

- Ability to manage complex identity lifecycle tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards in identity governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 3 support for Saviynt IGA, addressing issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams.

- Conduct root cause analysis on defects reported by users and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Monitor Saviynt services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of connectors, workflows, tasks, and jobs.

- Manage identity lifecycle tasks and oversee the scheduling and execution of jobs.

- Perform impact analysis and ensure stability during production deployments and updates, minimizing downtime.

- Configure, customize, and enhance Saviynt roles, rules, controls, and policies to meet business requirements.

- Maintain and update Saviynt workflows, utilizing JSON/XML to ensure system efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and optimize the Saviynt platform.
