What You'll Do

• Build & Optimize SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Code Smart using Base SAS, PROC SQL, and SAS Macros write efficient, reusable, and scalable programs.
• Crunch Big Data analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets with accuracy and speed.
• Deliver Insights by creating MIS dashboards and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
• Ensure Data Integrity through rigorous quality checks and quick troubleshooting.
• Work with Databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata to pull and shape data.
• Support the Full Cycle UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live issue resolution.
• Document Like a Pro maintain technical documentation and follow strong coding standards.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to solve real problems.

What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in SAS Development (freshers with strong SAS certifications may also apply).
• Strong command over Base SAS, PROC SQL, and SAS Macros.
• Solid SQL & database skills comfortable working with Oracle / SQL Server / Teradata.
• Proven ability in data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.

The position will be on third party Rolls initially with a possibility to be absorbed on roll in future based on performance.

Shift: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM), Sometimes 7.30 PM or Saturdays if required

Requirements:

• Graduate with at least 6 months experience/ Confident Fresher
• SAS Certified

This position is on Third Party Rolls at HDFC ERGO Bhandup Office and is a Work from Office role.
