Project Details:

• Implemented SAP Concur Expense, Invoice, and Request modules across multiple countries by extending the global template from Sweden and France.

• Integrated SAP Concur with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance systems for automated expense and invoice processing.

• Configured country-specific localization requirements, tax regulations, per diem rules, and compliance policies.

• Developed and customized Concur Cognos reports to support financial analytics, auditing, and executive reporting.

• Optimized existing SAP Concur configurations and standardized global business processes to improve user adoption and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Led end-to-end SAP Concur implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Managed and maintained the SAP Concur global template, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulatory requirements.

• Configured localization settings, audit rules, approval workflows, expense policies, and reimbursement processes for different countries.

• Collaborated with SAP FICO teams to support integrations with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including GL accounts, cost centers, tax codes, and financial postings.

• Created and enhanced Concur Cognos reports, provided user training, conducted workshops, and recommended best practices to improve overall system efficiency.
