Specific skills required
Looking for a Subject Matter Expert / Solution Architect / Senior Consultant profile who is capable of
1. Understand the business nuances and pain-points of as-is and deliver to-be, effective business processes
2. Designing and Delivering end-to-end IT solution based on the business requirements, aligned with business process design
3. Driving workshops with stakeholders from business, architects, and process organization to deliver end-to-end process and IT design
4. Hands-on experience in designing and configuring SAP- RDP for Discreet Industry including
a. Configuring and Integrating RDP with S4
b. Defined effective and efficient approach in replicating high volume product data from S4 to RDP
c. Configuring and Establishing RDP capabilities for both Plastic Tax and EPR purposes, across various geographies
d. Downstream integration with S4 Logistics, Order and Billing Management
e. Ensuring all legal reporting needs are fulfilled through SAP RDP
It will be advantageous to have one or more of the following skillsets.

Other prerequisites
o A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school
o 10-15 years relevant experience in SAP ERP and Sustainability product implementations.

Responsibilities within the Role
1. Understand the Business and Organization needs on Sustainability Compliance
2. Design & Develop the solution in S/4 & SAP RDP, document the solution, involve in all testing, go-live and post go-live support activities
3. Collaborate with other designers and developers in designing and developing end-to-end solution
4. Involve in business requirement collection, work with architects and experts to design the to-be solution
5. Follow project delivery approach in producing the deliverables and meeting them milestones
