Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to implement, configure, and support Performance Management and Goal Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable performance management processes aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Performance & Goal Management.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules, including:
- Goal Plans
- Performance Forms
- Competencies
- Route Maps
- Calibration Integration
- Continuous Performance Management (CPM)
- Design and configure performance review cycles, workflows, and approval processes.
- Create and modify form templates using XML.
- Configure roles, permissions, and visibility settings.
- Support integration with:
- Employee Central
- Calibration
- Compensation
- Succession & Development
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
