SAP SF EC with Reporting Expert

• Serve as the functional lead for SuccessFactors Employee Central and LMS modules and responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and mutual success.
  Conduct workshops and document detailed designs, ensuring alignment with client business processes
  Stay current with developments in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  
• Candidate should possess:
  EC Module:
  Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors. Candidate must have completed at least 2-3 full-cycle EC and Time Off implementations and related SuccessFactors modules.
  Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Core HR processes, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Story reporting.
  Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of XML configuration, foundation objects, and data models.
  Communication: Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  LMS Module:
  
• Candidate should possess minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS module.
  System Configuration: Implement and maintain SF LMS, including Item types, curricula, and item scheduling.
  Content Management: Manage online content, including SCORM and AICC standards, and set up content structures.
  Connector & Integrations: Utilize connectors for importing data and managing integrations with other HRIS or talent systems.
  Reporting & Analytics: Generate learning metrics, compliance reports, and use [Plateau Report Designer] or Stories to deliver insights.
  Support & Documentation: Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting issues, and document business processes.
  Note: Should be certified in EC and LMS modules
