Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP GRC Access Control. The candidate should be capable of independently handling both project and operational SAP Security activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle SAP Security implementation and operational support activities independently.
• Manage SAP Security and authorization activities in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Work on S/4HANA Security, including Fiori Security.
• Configure, support, and maintain SAP GRC Access Control.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP GRC implementation projects.
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and related activities.
• Work with ARA, EAM, and ARM components.
• Assist in the configuration and optimization of GRC workflows and processes.
• Participate in SAP GRC Access Control upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Security and GRC-related issues.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in SAP Security & Authorization.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Security.
• Experience with Fiori Security.
• At least 4–5 years of experience in SAP GRC Access Control.
• Experience in at least one full SAP GRC implementation as a consultant.
• Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Experience with ARA, EAM, and ARM.
• Good understanding of SAP Security principles and best practices.
• Ability to independently manage SAP Security tasks across project and operational environments.
