Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1015 years of SAP experience.
• SAP Certified and Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and SAP SD configuration, including:
• Sales, delivery, invoicing, pricing, credit management, rebates, outputs.
• Advanced scenarios such as 3rd Party Private PO, Sales BOM, Variant Configuration.
• Hands-on experience with MTO and MTS scenarios in OTC.
• Experience of having worked with Automotive industry clients especially dealing in customer shipments via EDI.
• Proficiency with IDOCs, LSMW, batch jobs, SAP queries, and custom developments.
• Solid understanding of integration with FICO, MM/LES, PP, and third-party tools.
• Should have experience writing functional specifications, coordinating with ABAP team and testing new features.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one full-cycle implementation in the automotive or manufacturing domain.
• SAP S/4HANA OTC implementation experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD/OTC Solution Architect to lead global implementations, rollouts, and support engagements. The role requires deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, strong integration knowledge across SAP modules, and the ability to drive business transformation programs in collaboration with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD/OTC implementations and rollouts, ensuring alignment with business transformation goals.
• Provide technical and functional configuration expertise across OTC processes:
• Order Management, Sales, Pricing, Billing/Invoicing, Delivery/Logistics, ATP, outputs, Output Determination (BRF+), Scheduling agreement & JIT process
• Ensure deep integration of OTC processes with Logistics Execution (LE), Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Master Data Management (MDM), ABAP, PI, and FIORI applications.
• Create functional specification documents for WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA implementations using ACTIVATE and AGILE methodologies, covering requirement analysis, design, development, testing, UAT, go-live, and support.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to set product priorities, map business needs to product designs, and manage maintenance backlogs.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for business users.
• Define and manage interface patterns (IDocs, API/OData, EDI, Flat File, CPI/PI/PO), including error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Prepare detailed configuration documentation, process flows, test scripts, and knowledge articles.
• Ensure compliance with Japanese business processes, statutory, audit, and control requirements.
