Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and customize the SAP SD module (sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.)
• Handle end-to-end implementation and support activities in the SD module.
• Work on integrations with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.).
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support for SD-related incidents and service requests.
• Create functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Train end-users and prepare documentation for SD processes
• Participate in upgrade and migration projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on SAP SD experience in implementation and/or support.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including: Sales orders, deliveries, shipping, invoicing / Pricing procedures and conditions / Credit management, returns, and rebates
• Experience with third-party sales, intercompany sales, and STOs (Stock Transfer Orders) is a plus
• Good integration knowledge with SAP FI, MM, and WM modules
• Familiarity with IDoc, EDI, and other interface mechanisms.
• Experience working in SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• SAP SD certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in working with offshore/onshore models.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
