Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / OTC Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution and integration knowledge across SAP modules.

Key Skills Required

• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Functional Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM/PTP, CS
• SAP S/4HANA exposure preferred
• Experience in SAP configuration and support activities
• Knowledge of Contracts, Billing, Master Data, and IDoc error handling
• Understanding of interfaces and cross-functional integrations

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support to business users
• Resolve L2 and L3 support issues within agreed SLAs
• Follow change management processes for production fixes
• Monitor interfaces and support business operations
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams on integrated issues

Good to Have

• Basic SAP ABAP knowledge
• Experience with incident management tools
• Exposure to non-SAP integrations
• Understanding of change management processes
• SAP S/4HANA experience
