Job Description
- Work with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and configure SAP SD solutions accordingly.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP SD implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure and maintain core SD components including order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
- Handle system issues (incident change management), perform root cause analysis, and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, FI, WM, etc) to ensure seamless integration.
- Create functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), data migration, and user training.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with SAP best practices and internal standards.
