SAP SD Consultant @ Infosys

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on SAP SD modules such as Sales Order Management, Credit Management, Customer Data, Revenue Recognition, ATP, and S/4HANA.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  
• Participate in project planning, execution, testing, deployment, maintenance activities related to SAP SD projects.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, industry standards while working on client engagements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-9 years of experience in IT consulting or similar field with a focus on SAP SD module.
  
• Bachelor's degree in B.C.A. (Any Specialization) or B.Com (Any Specialization).
  
• Strong understanding of sales order management processes including quotation creation, pricing rules configuration etc.
  
• Proficiency in managing customer data using various tools like CRM systems.
