SAP SD Consultant @ Infosys

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on SAP SD modules such as sales order processing, customer master data management, revenue recognition, ATP, credit management, and sales returns.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  
• Participate in project planning, execution, testing, deployment, maintenance activities related to SAP SD projects.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, industry standards during all phases of the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP SD module (Sales & Distribution).
  
• Bachelor's degree in B.C.A. or B.Com from a recognized university.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA SD; knowledge of other ERP systems an added advantage.
