Role & responsibilities

Skills and Experience:

• At least 5+ years of SAP experience in the design of system access, roles and user management
• Extensive experience in User Administration, Role Administration, Emergency Access Management
• Exposure to SAP S/4, GRC and Fiori authorization management .
• Good experience in an SAP environment upgrade activities involving SU25,SU24,PFCG and other transactions. Should have knowledge on understanding business requirements, developing a standardized concept, working with tools like Profile generator, SAP GRC(Governance, Risk and Compliance ), Xiting
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis and manage the SOD risk remediation process; continuously monitor production environments for security violations
• Good exposure to Audit processes, evidence collection, SAP License measurement, etc.
• Willing to handle Projects and Support activities in parallel.
• Harmonization and implementation of authorization concepts across several FC-systems
• Collaborate with other Functional Architects and cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, leveraging the capabilities within SAP
• Work with various functional and IT Teams on the requirement gathering for job roles, job functions
• First contact for business partners concerning all topics in role management, user management and GRC
• Training and guiding end users in all authorizations topics
• Solving of issues and implementation/specification of demands from end users

Good to Have:

- BTP: Good Understanding and Experience on Security in BTP Administration topics related Authentication, Provisioning and Permission management.

- Eclipse / SAP HANA DB: Experience in working with SAP HANA DB Cockpit.

- Xiting: Experience in working with different components of XAMs tool

- SAP RISE: Understand the business processes and requirements, guiding through the RISE with SAP journey

Skills:

1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing and implementing SAP S/4 Hana and Fiori Authorization concept.

2. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
