This is a remote position.
KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Project Systems Consultant (PS) to support enterprise project management and ERP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, revenue recognition, resource management, capital projects, and project lifecycle management within SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
The consultant will work closely with project managers, finance teams, operations leaders, and cross-functional SAP teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Project Systems solutions that enable effective project execution and financial control.

Solution Design Configuration
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements.
- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Project Systems processes including:
- Project Structures (WBS Elements)
- Project Planning and Scheduling
- Project Budgeting
- Cost Planning and Tracking
- Resource Planning
- Internal and External Project Costs
- Project Procurement Integration
- Milestone Billing
- Revenue Recognition
- Capital Investment Projects
- Project Settlement
- Project Reporting and Analytics
- Configure project profiles, coding structures, and financial controls.
Implementation Delivery
- Participate in SAP Activate implementation projects.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Support project-related master data and migration activities.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities.
Integration Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with:
- Finance (FI)
- Controlling (CO)
- Procurement (MM)
- Manufacturing (PP)
