Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA CCS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Customer Care & Services (CCS/IS-U) and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in utility industry processes, customer service operations, billing, device management, meter-to-cash processes, and SAP transformation initiatives.

The consultant will play a key role in SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, transformation, and optimization projects while working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end utility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP CCS / IS-U Consulting

• Analyze, design, configure, and implement SAP CCS/IS-U solutions.
• Gather and understand business requirements from utility business stakeholders.
• Design and optimize customer service and utility business processes.
• Configure and support SAP CCS modules and functionalities.
• Provide subject matter expertise on utility industry best practices.

Meter-to-Cash Process Management

• Support end-to-end utility business processes including:
• Customer Master Data Management
• Move-In / Move-Out Processes
• Connection & Disconnection
• Meter Reading
• Device Management
• Energy Data Management
• Billing & Invoicing
• Payments & Collections
• Customer Service Operations

SAP S/4HANA Transformation

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and transformation projects.
• Support business process redesign and optimization initiatives.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend S/4HANA best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams during system upgrades and migrations.

Solution Design & Integration

• Prepare functional specifications and solution designs.
• Work closely with SAP FI/CA, FICO, CRM, PM, and other integrated modules.
• Support interfaces, integrations, and data migration activities.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP CCS and other SAP applications.

Testing & Production Support

• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems.
• Support system enhancements, deployments, and post-go-live stabilization.

Stakeholder Management

• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution reviews.
• Communicate solution designs and project progress to business stakeholders.
• Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants and support project teams.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Utilities transformation programs.
• Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading workshops and client-facing engagements.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP Certification in IS-U, SAP Utilities, or S/4HANA is preferred.

• 915 years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP CCS/IS-U.
