Talent Modules Lead

RCM, PMGM, Onboarding
Role Purpose
Own and evolve Talent related SuccessFactors modules , supporting Burberry s hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes across run and change activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own run and change for Recruiting (RCM), Performance & Goals (PMGM), and Onboarding
- Resolve functional incidents and delivery impacting defects
- Design and implement minor enhancements , template changes, and workflow updates
- Support hiring campaigns, onboarding waves, and performance cycles
- Manage role based permissions, workflow logic, and configuration changes
- Partner with EC Lead on employee lifecycle driven enhancements
- Support testing, release validation, and regression activities
- Maintain functional documentation and operational knowledge
Mandatory Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (mandatory)
- Experience in PMGM and/or Onboarding
- Strong understanding of workflows, permissions, and templates
- Experience delivering both AMS and small AD changes
