SAP QM Support Consultant , Pharma Domain

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP QM incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
• Configure and support SAP QM processes including Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Sampling Procedures, Usage Decisions, and Quality Certificates.
• Work closely with business users to resolve production issues and support continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as SAP MM, PP, SD, and WM.
• Support testing, deployments, documentation, and user training activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM support.
• Expertise in Quality Management processes and SAP QM configuration.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical domain with knowledge of GMP, GxP, FDA compliance, CAPA, and Batch Management.
• Good understanding of SAP QM integration with MM and PP modules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
