Job Description
TCS is looking for experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultants with strong expertise in quality management processes, SAP QM configuration, implementation, and support. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical consultants to design and deliver end-to-end quality management solutions that drive operational excellence and compliance.
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in SAP Quality Management (SAP QM)
Expertise in Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Control Processes
Experience in configuring Inspection Types, Inspection Plans, Sampling Procedures, and Master Inspection Characteristics
Knowledge of Quality Notifications, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Defect Management
Experience with Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing Quality Inspections
Strong understanding of Batch Management and Quality Certificates
Experience in Vendor Quality Management and Customer Complaint Management
Knowledge of Quality Scorecards, Audit Management, and Compliance Processes
Experience integrating SAP QM with MM, PP, PM, EWM, and SD Modules
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Quality Management and SAP Fiori Applications
Knowledge of Quality Master Data Configuration and Quality Information Records
Experience in Data Migration, Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Cutover Activities
Experience in Production Support, Incident Management, Enhancements, and Change Requests
