Job Description
TCS is looking for experienced SAP QM Consultants with strong expertise in Quality Management processes, SAP QM configuration, implementation, and support. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical consultants to deliver end-to-end quality management solutions and support business transformation initiatives.
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in SAP Quality Management (SAP QM)
Expertise in Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Control Processes
Experience in Inspection Lot Processing, Results Recording, and Usage Decision
Knowledge of Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing Quality Inspections
Experience in Quality Notifications and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Strong understanding of Quality Certificates and Vendor Quality Management
Experience in configuring Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs), Inspection Methods, and Sampling Procedures
Knowledge of Quality Score Management and Audit Management Processes
Experience with Batch Management and Batch Determination
Strong understanding of integration between SAP QM and MM, PP, PM, SD, and WM/EWM modules
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management
Knowledge of Quality Analytics, Reporting, and SAP Fiori Applications related to QM
Experience in Data Migration, Testing, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live Activities
Experience in Production Support, Incident Management, and Change Requests
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
