SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and support projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Conduct project planning, status meetings, risk assessments, and steering committee reviews.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and overall project financials.
• Track project deliverables and prepare regular status reports for leadership.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record of delivering SAP projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

• 10 15 years of IT experience with SAP Project Management experience.
• Experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, EWM, HCM, or SuccessFactors.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management experience.
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
