Sap PPVC Consultant

Job Title: SAP PP VC (Variant Configuration) Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP VC Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of SAP experience, including strong expertise in SAP Variant Configuration (VC) within the SAP Production Planning (PP) module. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting configurable products, class characteristics, dependencies, and production planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP-VC solutions to support configurable products.
• Configure and maintain SAP Variant Configuration (VC) components including:
• Characteristics
• Classes
• Configurable Materials
• Super BOMs
• Super Routings
• Object Dependencies (Procedures, Constraints, Preconditions, Selection Conditions)
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Perform integration activities with SAP modules such as SD, MM, QM, and PP.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Support master data setup and configuration activities related to VC.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Variant Configuration.
• Knowledge of Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC).
• Experience in manufacturing industries such as Automotive, Industrial Machinery, High-Tech, or Consumer Products.
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
