Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning processes and SAP PP module configuration. The candidate should have experience in implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects with good understanding of manufacturing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PP module as per business requirements
• Work on Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Production Orders
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as MM, SD, QM, and WM
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
• Prepare functional specifications and support developments
• Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation
• Support incident management and continuous process improvements
• Handle master data related to production planning activities
• Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP PP configuration and support
• Good knowledge of MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control
• Experience in BOM, Routing, Production Versions, and Work Centers
• Understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, QM, and WM modules
• Experience in handling support tickets and change requests
• Knowledge of production and manufacturing business processes
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant SAP PP experience
• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout project
• Experience in support and enhancement projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• SAP S/4HANA experience
• Exposure to APO/PPDS
• Knowledge of MES integration
• Certification in SAP PP

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
