SAP MM FUNCTIONAL
Functional Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP MM processes:
- Procurement (PR, PO, RFQ, Quotation, Contracts)
- Inventory Management (GR/GI, Transfer Postings, Physical Inventory)
- Invoice Verification (MIRO, LIV)
- Vendor Master & Material Master
- Perform MM configuration:
- Enterprise structure (Plant, Storage Location, Purchasing Org)
- Purchasing document types, item categories, account assignment
- Release strategies for PR and PO
- Pricing procedures and condition types
- Handle endtoend ProcuretoPay (P2P) lifecycle.
- Work on integration points with:
- FI (automatic account determination, GR/IR clearing)
- SD (thirdparty & intercompany processes)
- PP (material planning, consumption)
- Support S/4HANA MM processes including Business Partner integration.
- Participate in UAT, SIT, cutover, and golive support.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Coordinate with ABAP team for enhancements, reports, forms, and interfaces.
- Resolve production issues and provide L2/L3 support within SLA.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration documents, and user manuals.
