We are seeking an SAP MM Consultant with hands-on experience in supporting and optimizing procurement and inventory management processes in an end-user environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and experience working closely with business users to resolve issues, enhance processes, and support day-to-day operations.

This role is best suited for candidates who have worked within manufacturing, retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar organizations as part of an internal SAP support team rather than implementation-focused consulting roles.

• Provide functional support for SAP MM processes and business users.
• Resolve day-to-day SAP MM issues and service requests.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues related to procurement and inventory management.
• Support business users during month-end and year-end activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

• Support procurement lifecycle activities including:
  • Purchase Requisitions (PR)
  • Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Goods Receipts (GR)
  • Invoice Verification (IV)
  • Vendor Management
  • Inventory Management
• Monitor and improve procurement and warehouse-related business processes.
• Assist users with system configurations and process improvements.

• Gather business requirements for process enhancements.
• Prepare functional specifications for developments and reports.
• Conduct testing and validation of system changes.
• Support UAT activities and production deployments.

• Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Provide user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Maintain process documentation and user guides.

• 4 6 years of SAP MM functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Procurement Processes
  • Inventory Management
  • Vendor Master Management
  • Purchase Requisition (PR)
  • Purchase Order (PO)
  • Goods Receipt (GR)
  • Invoice Verification (IV)
• Experience supporting SAP MM in a production/business environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues independently.
• Strong understanding of MM integration with FI and WM/EWM modules.
• Experience in incident management, change requests, and user support.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics related to procurement and inventory.
• Experience working in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
