SAP MM, Ariba, VIM Professional

Role focuses on designing, configuring, and supporting the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, integrating SAP Ariba Upstream/Downstream (Buying & Invoicing) with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for AP automation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Source to Settle Process Leadership: Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier enablement, sourcing (RFP/RFQ), contract management, requisitioning, purchasing, goods receipt, and invoice processing.
• SAP Ariba Configuration: Configure Ariba Buyer/Invoicing (downstream) and Upstream modules (Supplier Lifecycle & Performance - SLP, Sourcing).
• SAP MM/Procurement Management: Configure SAP MM (Material Master, Vendor Master, Pricing, Purchasing Document Types, Release Strategies) within S/4HANA.
• OpenText VIM Integration: Optimize VIM for AP to manage invoice exceptions, automate 3-way matching, and handle direct/indirect vendor invoices, including OCR/ICR configuration.
• Concur Integration: Integrate SAP Concur expense with SAP S/4HANA for employee expense reimbursement, ensuring compliance with travel policies.
• Ariba CIG & Data Mapping: Manage integration between Ariba network and S/4HANA using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), including master data transfer (Company Codes, GL Accounts) and cXML document exchange.
• Testing and Go-Live: Conduct UAT, SIT and regression testing. Manage cutover activities for SAP rollouts.
• Change Management: Provide end-user training, create training materials, and support change management efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5 10 years in SAP MM/Procurement implementation/support, with strong exposure to S/4HANA.
• Module Expertise: knowledge in SAP MM, Ariba P2P, OpenText VIM, and SAP Concur.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with IDOCs, CIG, BAPI, BADI, and SAP functional specifications.
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of P2P/S2P, accounting basics, and tax compliance.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP Ariba, MM, or VIM.

• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile/Scrum.
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., Automotive, FMCG, Energy).
