SAP HCM professional

• Provide expert advice on SAP HR/HCM and other HR application support functionalities.
• Guide SAP Power users and support testing plans for SAP HR functionality.
• Improve overall business process performance in the SAP HR/HCM domain using best practices.
• Collect and analyze SAP HR Power user requirements.
• Conduct unit tests based on SAP Power user defined scenarios.
• Assist in developing business process descriptions and coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for integration requirements.
• Conduct implementation and training workshops, including developing and conducting presentations for SAP Power users and End Users.
• Manage Problem and Change Management, create/update KEDB and K-Base entries, perform Root Cause Analysis for Problem Tickets or Repeat Incidents, collect user requirements, prepare functional specifications for CRs, and explain these requirements to the technical team.
• Prepare test plans for CRs and conduct functional testing for complex CRs, providing functional insights to the technical team.
• Create/update and maintain documentation, ensuring all requirements have been met by reviewing Technical Specifications.
• Develop end-user training material based on new functionalities, changes, and end-user feedback in terms of Business Process related Do's and Don'ts.
• Create application test scenarios for end-to-end testing and K-Base entries for First Time Fix (FTF).
• Develop functional/technical documentation required for the sustenance of the System/application.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery Drills and be prepared for ensuring smooth continuity of Business during an actual disaster event.
• Participate in projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HCM with at least two implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR/HCM and other HR applications support functionalities.
• Experience in providing expert advice and guidance to SAP Power users.
• Ability to improve overall business process performance using best practices.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
