SAP HANA/UX Consultant - Fiori Applications (7-9 yrs)

Role Overview :

As an SAP HANA UX / SAP Fiori Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of user experience across our enterprise SAP landscape. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of intuitive and highly functional SAP Fiori applications and user interfaces, leveraging SAP UI5 and modern UX principles.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions that significantly enhance operational efficiency and user adoption. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of custom SAP Fiori applications and extensions using SAP UI5, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines for optimal performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with business users and functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and compelling UX designs that address critical business needs.

- Drive the integration and enhancement of SAP Portal functionalities, providing a unified and consistent user experience across various SAP and non-SAP systems for enterprise-wide access.

- Provide expert guidance and technical leadership on SAP UX strategy, including Fiori Launchpad configuration, theme management, and the adoption of new SAP UX technologies to project teams.

- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of SAP Fiori applications and UI5 developments, ensuring robust and high-quality deliverables for end-users.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, standards, and tools within the SAP UX domain to foster a culture of excellence.
