SAP HANA Database Expert

We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP HANA Database Expert, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth functioning, design, building, and configuration of our SAP HANA environment. You will leverage extensive experience to meet complex business process and application requirements. Will lead and mentor other team members while working on advanced SAP HANA DB Administration tasks, with a strong focus on data lifecycle management, optimization, and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Optimization: Perform advanced SAP HANA DB administration, performance tuning, and optimization, ensuring high availability and efficient resource utilization.
Data Lifecycle Management: Implement and manage Data Volume Management (DVM), Native Storage Extension (NSE), and Data Tiering Optimization (DTO) strategies.
Troubleshooting & Security: Resolve complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement security best practices to protect data integrity.
Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and champion SAP best practices.
Monitoring & Automation: Utilize HANA Cockpit for proactive system monitoring, automation, and issue resolution.
Required Skills:
HANA Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in SAP HANA DB administration, architecture, and performance tuning with 8+ years of experience.
Data Management: Deep understanding of Data Volume Management (DVM), Native Storage Extension (NSE), and Data Tiering Optimization (DTO).
Troubleshooting & Security: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in SQL tuning and security best practices.
SAP Ecosystem: Solid hands-on experience in ABAP, SAP SLT, SAP SDA, and SAP BTP administration.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a customer-centric mindset.
SAP RISE Experience: Proven experience working with SAP HANA databases within an SAP RISE environment.
