Skills Required:

• Good Understanding of SAP System Landscape and integration between SAP modules.
• Should have experience in working in support environment - time bound (SLA based) incident resolutions.
• Comprehensive Experience of Impact and gap analysis & Corrective action plans to support priority tickets
• Knowledge of Change Control processes, testing and release documentation
• Usage of testing and support tools like HPQC ALM, Remedy and SAP Solution Manager CHARM
• Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement on services
• Ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
• Ability to multi-task and work on a 24/7 support rotation
• Capable of taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end

Job description:

• Should have E2E implementation and Support experience in SAP GTS predominantly worked on all the 3 sub-modules Compliance, Customs processing &Special Customs process for Europe &North America region.
• Good Knowledge on SD, MM &Logistics process and integration with SAP GTS module.
• Good experience in understanding and gathering Business rules, Business requirements and end user cases.
• Worked on SAP GTS Compliance Management for Export & Imports including Denied Party screening (SPL), License Management.
• Worked on Customs Management module it includes Product classification and electronic communication with AES (US) and European countries.
• Worked on Special Customs process in Europe, it includes GPA (NL), Transit Procedure & Inventory Management.
• Should be having experience in ALE and EDI integration, interfaces with non-SAP systems.
