Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance Process Control (SAP GRC PC) to join our Software Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical business applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a software detective by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across critical business systems.
• Provide advanced application support and troubleshooting for SAP GRC Process Control environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
• Lead incident management activities and drive faster issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Support application remediation and engineering support activities.
• Evaluate system changes, upgrades, and enhancements to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
