Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 functional support for SAP applications.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLAs.
- Analyze root causes and implement permanent solutions.
- Configure SAP modules and support business process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.
- Support testing, data validation, and migration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, WM/EWM, Basis).
- Assist with system upgrades, rollouts, and SAP S/4HANA migration.
- Maintain documentation, train end users, and provide ongoing functional support.
- Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP functional modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, WM/EWM, etc.).
- Experience in SAP production support, configuration, and incident management.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and SAP integration.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori (preferred).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
