SAP FSCM Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP FSCM solutions across Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.
  
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  
• Work on implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
  
• Configure FSCM processes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  
• Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
  
• Ensure effective integration with SAP FI-AR, Treasury, and other SAP modules.
  
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT activities.
  
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex business issues.
  
• Prepare functional documentation, process documents, and training materials.
  
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and optimization initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 9 to 15 years of relevant SAP FSCM consulting experience.
  
• Strong expertise in Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.
  
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
  
• Hands-on experience in rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
  
• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and FSCM integration.
  
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA FSCM is preferred.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to drive requirement gathering workshops and solution discussions.
  
• SAP FSCM Certification will be an added advantage.
