Key Responsibilities

• SAP RAR Core Operations: Drive configuration, implementation, and application support for SAP RAR (1.2/1.3 or S/4HANA) aligned with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 accounting standards.
• Contract & Revenue Management: Manage Performance Obligations (POBs), revenue recognition contracts, and integration flows between SD, FI, and CO modules.
• L2 / L3 AMS Support: Handle complex incidents, service requests, change requests, root-cause analyses, and technical defect resolution under ITIL / ITSM framework.
• Cross-Module Expertise: Provide subject-matter support for core SAP FICO functions (G/L, A/R, A/P, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, Month-End/Year-End close).
• Global Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global client teams, offshore/onsite units, and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years of core hands-on experience in SAP FICO with deep specialization in SAP RAR.
• Technical Mastery:
  
• Solid setup & configuration knowledge of SAP RAR (1.2 / 1.3 / S/4HANA) and IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
• Strong integration understanding with SD, FI, CO, and ideally BRIM / BRF+ (Business Rule Framework).
• Hands-on with RICEF objects functional specifications and custom enhancements.
• Process Alignment: ITIL / ITSM methodology awareness for Application Lifecycle Management.
• Shift Flexibility: Open to working in rotational shifts / on-call support as per global business needs (APAC, EMEA, AMER).

Good to Have (Preferred)

• SAP FICO or SAP RAR Certification.
• Experience in complex multi-platform enterprise integrations.
