Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO implementation projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications for SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, MM).
- Design and configure SAP FI/CO processes to meet client needs, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, inventory management, and project accounting.
- Develop test plans and execute testing activities to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO modules with other systems.
- Provide training to end-users on SAP FICO functionality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in implementing SAP FICO modules (FI/CO) with expertise in SAP HANA technology stack.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices; knowledge of IFRS/Indian GAAP an added advantage.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
