SAP EWM Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Process Learning: Develop a deep understanding of SAP EWM business processes, supply chain flows, and standard warehouse operations.
• Requirements & Documentation: Assist senior consultants in requirement gathering, functional design, functional specification writing, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Configuration & Testing: Support hands-on SAP EWM module setup, functional unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional SAP module teams (MM, SD, PP, QM) to ensure seamless process integration.
• Project Support & Go-Live: Assist in root-cause issue analysis, resolution during project rollout, and hypercare support for end-users post go-live.
• Process Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize day-to-day SAP EWM system performance and support tickets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• SAP Knowledge: Academic, training, or certification-level exposure to SAP ERP/S4HANA and SAP EWM concepts.
• Core Logistics Knowledge: Clear understanding of inbound and outbound processes, putaway strategies, picking, and inventory management.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in verbal and written English with strong communication skills.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong attention to detail, good logical reasoning, and basic familiarity with technical systems and network environments.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, adaptable to fast-paced environments, strong team player, and possesses a flexible, professional attitude.
