Job Description
Role: SAP EWM Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: PAN India & Hybrid Mode
Notice: Immediate
JD:
- Provide L3 AMS support and enhancement delivery for SAP EWM Decentralized landscapes.
- Analyze and resolve complex production issues related to inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and inventory management.
- Perform configuration changes and support business process improvements.
- Manage EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA, including CIF, qRFC, and IDoc monitoring.
- Conduct RCA for critical incidents and drive preventive actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, QM, Basis, ABAP).
- Support SIT/UAT, deployment activities, and hypercare support.
- Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to ITIL processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP EWM Decentralized.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Inbound & Outbound Processing
- Putaway & Picking Strategies
- Physical Inventory
- Replenishment
- Wave Management
- Handling Unit Management
- RF Framework
- Warehouse Monitor
- Good understanding of EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA.
- Experience in AMS support engagements and ticket management.
- Knowledge of PPF, qRFC, CIF, and IDoc processing.
Secondary Skills:
- SAP MM/SD integration knowledge.
- Exposure to TM, QM, and PP integration.
- Experience with ServiceNow/JIRA.
- SAP EWM certification preferred.

- Drive client discussions and solutioning activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team growth.
- Participate in estimations, governance calls, and delivery reviews.
