Job description:-

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements related to Quality Management processes.
• Configure and support SAP QM functionalities including:
• Quality Planning
• Quality Inspection
• Quality Notifications
• Audit Management
• Quality Certificates
• Vendor Quality Management
• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP QM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, PM, SD, and WM/EWM.
• Manage inspection types, inspection lots, sampling procedures, and quality notifications.
• Configure master data such as material specifications, inspection plans, and quality info records.
• Participate in full project lifecycle activities including:
• Requirement Gathering
• Solution Design
• Configuration
• Testing
• User Training
• Go-Live Support
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP QM-related issues.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and business processes.
