SAP DSD SDD/LMD professional

• Configure, deploy, and manage SAP ERP systems, focusing on SAP SD, SAP LE, and SAP DSD modules.
• Integrate SAP solutions with Handheld devices for go-to-market areas.
• Set up SAP Master data, including Customers, Routes, Visit plans, Tasks, and Activities for DSD routes.
• Map order capture, management, and provisioning of goods or services on routes for sales, returns, free goods, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver high-quality results.
• Possess good working knowledge of pricing agreements and route settlement processes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP configuration, deployment, and management.
• Hands-on experience with various SAP DSD models, including Pre-Seller route, Delivery Driver, Van sales, and Mixed routes.
• Experience in setting up SAP Master data and integrating SAP solutions with Handheld devices.
• Proven experience in the governance of a global ERP template and deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including planning, organization, prioritization, and collaboration.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP SolMan 7+, Azure DevOps, Quality Center, and MS Project is a plus.
• Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
• Ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
• Possess strong analytical skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
• Ability to clear obstacles for teams to deliver.
