SAP DRC/E-Invoicing Consultant

SAP DRC Consultant responsible for designing configuring and managing endtoend e invoicing and statutory compliance solutions using SAP DRC Document Reporting Compliance integrated with Vertex tax engine and government portals

Key Responsibilities
1)SAP DRC Configuration Implementation
Configure SAP DRC E Invoicing for multiple country scenarios
Set up
o E Document cockpit
o Countryspecific submission rules
o Validation and approval workflows

2 )E Invoicing Process Enablement
Enable endtoend e invoicing processes
o Outbound invoices SD FI
o Inbound invoices MM Ariba
Ensure compliance with
o Countryspecific mandates
o Government validation and reporting standards

3) Integration with Tax Engine Vertex
Collaborate with Vertex teams for
o Accurate tax calculation prior to submission
o Mapping of tax logic with compliance requirements
Ensure tax results are correctly reflected in
o DRC e documents
o Government submissions

4)Government Portal Integration
Enable connectivity between SAP and
o Government e invoicing portals
o External tax authority systems
Manage
o Invoice submission
o Acknowledgements acceptreject
o Status tracking and monitoring

5 )E Document Management Monitoring
Work with
o E Document cockpit monitoring
o Error handling and reprocessing
Manage
o Transmission logs
o Workflow approvals before submission
Provide troubleshooting support for failed invoices

6) Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with
o ABAP team enhancements forms
o CPI team integration flows
o Functional teams FI SD MM
Support global rollout across multiple entitiescountries

7) Testing Support
Support
o SIT UAT Go Live and Hypercare
Validate
o Invoice formats
o Compliance schemas
Ensure audit readiness and compliance

Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong handson experience in
o SAP DRC Document Reporting Compliance
o E Document framework and cockpit
Knowledge of
o Invoice submission flows
o Government integration scenarios

Functional Knowledge
Strong understanding of
o SAP FICO ARAP SD MM
o Invoice lifecycle billing accounting procurement
Exposure to
o Global e invoicing mandates
o Indirect tax processes VAT GST

Good to Have
Experience with
o Vertex tax engine integration
o SAP BTP CPI integration
Exposure to
o Multicountry rollout programs
o S4HANA transformation projects

Experience
712 years overall SAP experience
Minimum 2 implementations in SAP DRC e invoicing
Experience in multicountry compliance projects preferred
Experience
7 to 12 years overall SAP experience
Minimum 2 implementations in SAP DRC e invoicing
Experience in multicountry compliance projects preferred
