SAP DRC Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP DRC solutions for e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, statutory reporting, and tax compliance requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and regulatory mandates, translating them into SAP DRC functional and technical solutions.
• Integrate SAP DRC with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and external government/regulatory platforms.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and support for compliance-related business processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates to ensure continuous compliance.
• Work closely with Finance, Tax, SD, MM, and FI teams to support end-to-end compliance processes.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Support project implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and post-production activities.

• Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
• Experience in e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, Digital Tax Reporting, and statutory compliance processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FI, SD, MM, and integration concepts.
• Experience in SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, and API-based integrations is preferred.
• Understanding of GST, VAT, and country-specific tax reporting regulations.
• 3 to 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 2+ years of hands-on SAP DRC experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP DRC implementation project. 
•  Exposure to global compliance reporting, e-Invoicing, and statutory reporting requirements. 
•  Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.
