Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support SAP CPI integrations between SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Employee Central, and external learning/content provider platforms.
• Build and maintain API, SFTP, OData, and middleware-based interfaces for user provisioning, learning history, course, and qualification data exchange.
• Develop integration mappings, message transformations, error handling, monitoring, and logging mechanisms within SAP CPI.
• Support end-to-end integration testing, troubleshoot interface issues, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Implement and manage integrations with third-party learning providers, content platforms, attendance systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Create technical design documents, integration specifications, deployment plans, and provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Employee Central.
• Expertise in API, SFTP, and OData integrations.
• Experience with message mapping, data transformation, monitoring, and error handling in SAP CPI.
• Knowledge of integration architecture and middleware concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
