Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. L1 Support for SAP GRC Access Control:
- Provide L1 support for SAP GRC Access Control issues.
- Good understanding on configuring GRC workflows.
- Perform user provisioning/de-provisioning via GRC.
- Monitor and resolve basic access and authorization issues.
- Assist in segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and remediation.
- Follow up on access request workflows and approvals.
- Support periodic user access reviews and SoD review.
- Work closely on setting up agents.
- Good understanding on maintaining the ruleset.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of SAP GRC modules: ARM / ARA / EAM / BRM.
- Knowledge of SAP Security concepts.
- Roles, profiles, authorizations.
- Familiarity with user administration in SAP.
- Understanding of SoD (Segregation of Duties) concepts.
- Experience in ticketing tools SC3 / JIRA.
- Troubleshooting and support skills.
- Good to have exposure in S4 HANA / HANA DB security.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
