Job Description
JD for SAP Concur. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in SAP Concur implementations , upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Configure Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules based on business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define process flows, and map those to Concur functionalities.
- Manage integration with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other financial systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle).
- Develop and execute test plans, UAT , and cutover activities for go-live.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to Concur workflows, reports, and configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) and external vendors as needed.
- Deliver end-user training , documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Support compliance and policy enforcement by leveraging Concur audit rules and workflows.
- Assist in creating custom reports and dashboards using Cognos or Concur Intelligence.
